Vice Chairman, Atieh Borna Negar Consulting (ABN)
Amir is the Vice Chairman of Atieh Borna Negar Consulting (2007 to date). Amir joined Atieh Roshan Consulting (ARC) in 2007. He is presently Managing Director in ARC. ABN was a spin off from ARC.
Amir plays a strategic role in ABN, ensuring clients’ needs are met, proper scientific tools are being used, project teams are competently equipped to offer high quality service to our clients.
With his academic and professional background as a trainer, coach and counselor, Amir is instrumental in designing and running assessment and development centres (AC/DCs) for multinational and Iranian private companies. His background also enables him to do career counseling for those individuals who need such services and also provide professional assessments.
Amir holds a MA in Counseling and Guidance, he has participated in many workshops on interviewing, designing and running assessment programs and implementing and analyzing psychometrics. Amir strongly believes in utilizing scientific tools and approaches in assessment projects. In continuing with professional development, Amir is also a certified coach by Denkerfolg Intercultural (Germany) and Frank Bresser Consulting & Associates (Germany) and is trained as assessor and centre manager, by Innovative Human Recources Solutions.
Amir holds a BSc in Mining Engineering (1989-1993) from Islamic Azad University (IAU) of Tehran, south branch. Amir’s career started in the UK where he worked as a Production Lead for a well known food production company (1998-2000). He then returned to Iran as a Production Manager in one of the leading Iranian companies, manufacturing instrumentations for heavy industries. Realizing Management and HR challenges as more interesting, Amir completed an intensive vocational program in Business Management (2002-2005) and so his career in HR and Management followed. Amir got his Master's in Counseling and Guidance (2011-2013) from Islamic Azad University (IAU), Science and Research branch.
Amir is fluent in English and Farsi.
