Ability Tests (What the individual is able of?)
Ability tests are known as the best means to predict success at work. As These tests can accurately measure the actual abilities of an individual, along with his/her potential future capabilities, they are used in employment processes.
Ability tests bring into consideration the limit to which an individual commits to a role or job. These tests identify and determine a wide range of talents/abilities. These abilities might range from Verbal and Numeric Reasoning, to Control, and Executive Skills.
In a nutshell, if you aim to recruit, ability tests would, to some extent, provide you with the information about individual’s ability, and If you wish to develop the workforce, ability tests will provide you with the potentials of the individual.
